Re: rough time

Hi @Sans911

I understand, it is very frustrating when you feel you are not being heard. I suggest to my clients to put things in writing, it helps clarifies things for yourself and also puts things in black and white and makes the professionals more accountable, sometimes when you are talking about things, the informtion is misinterpreted when there is a lot emotion connected with it.

Re: rough time

@SleepyPanda - there's no misinterpretation when a nurse states she has absolutely no concern with a suicidal patient of hers going home to finish what they started-which very nearly killed them 3 days before. Then tries to retract her statement by stating that was not her intended message. Emotion or no emotion, that is completely unacceptable and unprofessional conduct. I left the ward after this and wasn't discovered missing for more than an hour. Not one professional or authority was sent to check on me.

@Sans911

I agree, very unprofessional, no compassion at all, I'm glad you are so strong, and very sorry for the poor care you were provided.

Re: rough time

Thank you @SleepyPanda for just acknowledging my feelings. It's much appreciated. I'm mostly venting so I'll be ok.

Re: rough time

@Sans911,I'd be p****** off too. From someone who retreated from the world further year before last due to failing in life and the disgust and let down of the "help process", and seen this conduct I understand. The ethics in duty of care etc I learnt meant nothing ,or principles such as non judgementalism etc. Try and be there for you ,that's all I can say .Past few days I know I'm " not well",but I cannot overcome my trust issues as well as feeling that all it died is make me feel more vulnerable which I question is "help". Hope you get some sleep.

He was so arrogant. Again lost faith in the system. Great start to 2018.
