@Sans911I am hearing you hun.
You have a right to be angry, extremely angry. Sometimes we cannot control how that anger surfaces. Yes it would be great to have control over our emotions all the time, but that is not possible for anyone. You have been through so much struggles hun over the years. Maybe anger is good. Maybe they might start listening now.
I often ask myself why life is so complicated. I wish I had the answer for you and me! Uncomplicated seems to be a taboo word on here ![]()
I am glad you are letting it out however, better than it being bottled up inside of you ![]()

Evening everyone,bit late I know forced myself to go walking to fight the severe tiredness of being alive and battling stages of anger at my situation.
@outlander,when I read your post on my walk I too think it's dissociation.As I said with my depression and anxiety,it has affected me in many different ways When we talked last year when you went to hospital you said someone stated you were prone to dissociation due to your illness.
Unless you are having a reaction to a drug or a side effect, dissociation hits you in many forms like any mental illness.Think I told you when I worked before my life went had trouble connecting the brain and the arms,and other things.
Thanks @Sans911,but no one can help me,I feel really like I am in a bad place today.

Hi @Sans911
Its okay to be angry and frustrated, you sound exhausted. Try taking a break with the issues and focussing on something that cheers you up for a few minutes may change how you are feeling for a few moments.
