Re: rough time

@outlander - it does sound a lot like dissociation, however, you are severely sleep deprived as well. Thus dies all sorts of things to you on a pathophysiological level. That is, your blood chemistry changes as well as hormones and your brain slows down with less neurological activity and reduced reflexes. Sleep is crucial my angel, as important as restful sleep, which you're not getting.

Re: rough time

So all of this is dissociation? @Sans911 or is it sleep deprivation? Or both?
Im taking early sleep meds i dont care im not suppose to. I will be and then trying to get a hold of the psych team in the morning as a plan of action

Re: rough time

Perhaps a bit of both. I have dissociated before, and it's a very bizarre feeling. I knew I was dissociating, but I couldn't do anything about. The only thing that helps sometimes is to ground yourself. That is connect with something solid and real, like the ground. Describe it, feel it intensely, feel the solidness and safety of its firmness. It partly worked for me, but it wasn't until I was outside in the fresh air that I came back into myself

Re: rough time

Thanks @Shaz51 sleep tabelts been taken hopefully work sooon..

@Sans911 ive dissociated before but nothing like this. It is strange. Ive had a few where ive zoned out sort of thing had the out of body experience like watching myself but this is way off. I still went out today. I went for a walk and i went to the horses and spoke to people and it hasnt helped. I tried 5 senses thing but tuned into the surroundings. I know where i am but i dont know whats happening interanally. It doesnt match my outer. Usually id im panicing i show signs like shaking etc im not shaking. I am calmly laying on my bed yet my internal says another thing. I keep having panic attacks but my mind is blank and not overthinking. Its all changed and i dont understand why. That 2 weeks of no sleep probably did it
