@outlander Do you have doctors that do home visits? We do they come to your house 24 hours and are bulk billed. Check it out please.

I've just had a bubble bath and I think I might head to bed in an hour with a double dose of sleeping pills.

I have sleep tablets that i can use tonight but it hasbt been helping. This has been basically constant foe the past 3 days and i forgot to meantion to gp but told psych team and they dont know but im not at risk so they said i prob dont need hosp unless i think otherwise or become unsafe. This has been causing panic attacks of a night too

I know exactly know what you mean , I went through that but my was caused by medication which i was on years ago when the Gp did a brain scan and found out i had a black spot on my brain , I had very bad depression
