this is what ive been dealing with for the past few days and its starting to scare the shit out of me. has anyone experinced this?
i just dont feel real. like im living in an unknown body. it is so strange! i feel really disconnected within myself and out as well. i feel like 2 different people sometimes. like im really - its really hard to explain and having trouble getting the words out. thats another thing. i can usually identify what im feeling and work through them or at least ackowledge these ones but atm it seems like i just cant identify anything and then it upsets me. and i dont know why. it feels like ive totally changed from what i know and felt like before. i dont know if its a release or a build up or something or what is happening. i just dont understand.
its really hard to explain... um i mean like i can feel my own skin like if i rub my hands together it registers thats what im doing and can feel that but its like internally i feel off, my emotions are all going haywire but i cant identify any of them or for any reason its like my internal doesnt match my external
like now my emotions are really going everywhere again cant identify them and i do get headspins more with this whatever it is. but the outside is actually calm
usually when my internal systems are going stupid so is my brain and my hands and body are shaky and fidgety but im not. i am blank but trying to work out whats happening and my body is calm
during a panic attack the usual symptoms come like fast heart, breathless, aggitation but my mind is still blank
this is like an internal constant panic attack with no thoughts or external signs

@outlander Sweetie thanks for tagging me in I have to admit I have never experienced anything like that. If you want my honest opinion I would be straight back to the doctor asap tomorrow and if you cannot get into see her I would take myself to hospital and stay there for longer so that all of these things can be sorted out properly.
Outlander we all care about you. You must take better care of yourself and stop waiting until you are on the verge of collapse. Love always gp xx

@outlanderI agree with @Bunniekins that if you are feeling like this than maybe you need to get it seen to. You don't want to wait till the last minute again.
Also it might be a form of dissociation. I dissociate but in different ways to this. I do know that people can dissociate in different ways, so as @Former-Member said, might be worth looking it up.

Hey @Former-Member, just checking in with you as I sense you may be having a difficult night tonight? Anything we can do here on the Forums to support you?
