It is definitely minute by minute @Snowie
I just finished my tea and done abit of the physio exercises. So painful right up to my shoulder. I have my sisters tomorrow and i said awful but im not up for it.

She cant have time off work atm @Snowie they have dropped her hrs alot because of the company itself being an ahole so its important that she does work when she can. Itll be from 9 till about 2 so will just need to cope till then
