Things here are Good. My son has been doing exercises. I had GP appoint, did shopping, checked in here, and now am off to do some music practise and get organised.
Pressure of looking after livestock ... are constant ... did your cast come off?

I seen the hand specialist today. I was there for a while as she was running late and we done a few things too. We checked the xrays and its still healing very slowly 😞 you can still see the break so I need to still be careful but its at the point now I can rest a little easier and can move It just a little bit She put the tens machine on and will try to do that abit to help with the nerves too. It felt weird but not painful. Shes given me some exercises to do not hard ones mostly just getting my arm moving again. I still wear the splint all the time however with the cast I only need to wear it like at the horses or during sleep or if theres a chance I might knock it but when im at home chilling take It off and start weaning off the cast itself. I need to keep massaging my hand and arm gently and the exercises shes given me each day and just keep doing those. My hand and arm are really hurting tonight after having the work done on it. Its making my anxiety rise abit and making ir rather uncomfortable. I see her again in 10 days to check and see how things are going.

Its healing so slowly! This is week 9 but i guess week 6 of proper treatment it feels like forever slow and steady. At least im at the next stage now of weining off the cast.
Ive been watching bbt they had 3 on in a row and now they have 2 new episodes on. The second ones just started. @Snowie

Haha damn i!! The only new ones ive seen are the 2 that are on tonight and the end of the first one.i didn't even get to see amy say yea in the first ep! And now burnadette has a second kid! I feel like ive been living under a rock
