sorry to hear you had nightmares @outlander
have you ever tried to record them after you wake up? Just jot down what happened, who was in it, what they said etc. Sometimes this can help us make sense of them (or at least try to) so that we can soften the blow

Im okayish @Snowie more of a chilled day today except an appt this arvo with the hand speciaist. Just got back from fixing the horses up in the wind.

The wind makes everything worse. I was suppose to go re rug but im not. I cant do it on my own properly on a good day let alone a windy one @Appleblossom. Its tricky as the nights are getting freezing but the days are still nice so it makes finding the right rug harder. When it gets abit more cooler in the day itll be better. They just have a light coat on atm thankfully they are fluffy.
Session was a very long one was there almost 45 minutes and she was really busy so was late by half hr. I dont mind waiting though. It got me out of babysitting for a little while.
