This bit stuck out to me personally because I have been feeling this way for a long time:
"i felt very shut down and alone. i felt i couldnt ask for help, not worthy of help or anyones time and energy and even more so i was embarrassed. i really feel like a monster that wrecks everything, that whatever i do is wrong and thats the way itll always be so why bother.the darkness totally engulffed me and i could see anywhere to go"
- Firstly, you are not letting anyone down on here. That needs to be said upfront.
- Secondly, it may well feel like you are but you really aren't. You are accepted in your entirety.
Your situation is a tough one and there's no doubt about that.
I'm useless with this sort of thing and I get the feeling that sometimes I'm just typing out meaningless drivel in the form of words so I think I don't want to say much more OTHER than I hear you @outlander I really do.
I hope you're on a bit of a better path now

@Sans911do you want to talk about whats got you low atm? im happy to listen if you need.. if not thats ok too.
im going better than i was which is good, managed to do abit of cleaning so the house abit better. seems even the smaller things help atm with that. Xrays went ok, i had a look at them and obviously i cant tell how it should look but it looks alot better than the last xray 3 weeks ago. looks like a properly splint and care works wonders! a few hiccups with pop but just put them away as its nothing out of the ordinary.
what plans for this weekend?
