Still waiting ![]()
Sis I think we all help each other out at times. You helped me last night too. We all need to keep taking those baby steps forward. As much as we stumble back or are knocked off our feet, all we can do is try putting one foot in front of the other.
I am proud of how far you have come ![]()

thanks sis @Snowie i do know now with the help of @Sans911 as well that my therapist isnt the right one for me even though i tried to stick it out. so i emailed her abit earlier and said to cancel all further appts. i started to look at the sites the dbt foundation gave me but there is heaps of info there- kinda making it hard to find what im after but just doing it in smaller doses. i read one site completely as it was a list and pretty much said exactly what Sans had said to me plus more i hadnt evn thought of however sounds like what most-if not all therapists should be more like
http://www.bpdfoundation.org.au/factors-for-effective-treatment.php
am hoping to find somewhere around here that does dbt, but im not having much luck and when i did speak to them over the phone they said they werent sure if there were many people in my area that does it. will keep looking as i go but for now im not seeing that therapist anymore.
i know things arent going to change overnight, and ill have alot more of this time ahead but maybe if i can try to put even just one positive step in it might help. for now the positive step is stop therapy till i find someone else.
