Worry about the medications you are on @outlander and question and hope they don't do more harm than good.Just watch the effects of the sleeping tablets in your everyday life. You newly need a notepad when you go next time so you can write your list! Just hope you have a better outcome than I in the help and counseling process.
You are right,if not happy with someone for any reason, move on.When I reflect I wish I didn't go to that psychologist after my mental health nurse, she was nothing but Judge Judy.

Just read your crisis @outlander,questioned your meds before but family are hard.Leave if you feel like me yesterday where I had aggression and anger from stress and I felt like a time bomb. They should be making the effort as well.F***** family.Just had to edit because I assumed your other family moved in.

Hey @outlander, just read your update from yesterday re the changes you've made to your safety plan, medications and support networks. It's really nice to hear that you are trying hard to reach out and accept help - I know it takes a lot of trust and I hope the people you are connected with are able to keep that trust and support you. It sounds like the last couple of days have been pretty full on. Just wanted to send you a quick note of support...I hope you're able to get some rest tonight.
