@outlander My new GP is the best, I have done/doing all he recommended, & I am progressing in the last 2 days really well. Most of the overwhelmed feelings & thoughts are gone, if they try to come back I take control quickly. I am breathing ok in my sleep, no night mare of my past, & no panic attacks all have stopped. Maybe I can help you in some way with his advice, what do you think? I am so concerned for you at the moment. I love you my precious!!! xo

Re: rough time
@outlander Yes I read your messages with other, & I wanted you to know that I was doing it by liking all that I read. Its shocking having that pain in your hand as you know I have similar in my left hand & I wear a splint all day & niite I have for so long I've lost count of how long I have been suffering this agony with hand pain on top of all the other body part I wonder myself how on earth I can stand this continual aching it sure is torture, so I totally understand your pain 100%. I have noticed that now that I am not as depressed & not having panic attacks I am not having quite as strong pain so getting on top of the emotional side of our illness & body damage does help with pain levels. Maybe you need to sit your sisters & your pop down & have a serious talk to them about the fact that they need to back off from causing you all the added stress as its hurting your healing progress & causing you serious harm, what do you thing about doing that? xo

Re: rough time
The damages i have in my hand im not surprised ita just taking forever for the bones to even start repairing. @Former-Member sorry your in that sort of paintoo. Sounds like arthritis in your hand... The more distressed i am the worse the pain. Similar to you only half the source of my anxiety is my pain. Pain is a trigger for me as well. I cant talk to them.. its not their fault. They are just being kids which is how it should be. And pops just pop hes getting old and cranky. I need to learn to manage my roles better but i just cant.

Re: rough time
@outlander What about a Cortisone injection to maybe stop the pain for a while, have you ever had one before? can you ask your GP about trying it? Because I know I have been seriously frightened lately about not coping & I do not have any other people in my life depending on me. I have tried very hard to keep it together for the sake of these precious animals that depend on me. But unlike people that will keep nagging when they lack understanding, due to there needs, what ever! Animals can be looked after & supported in a more relaxed way when needed. My animals are very comforting at time to me when I am feeling out of control if u know what I mean. Maybe with an exception for your Pop, the sisters I bekieve need to have understanding of where you are at with your health needs & limits, & triggers so can you have a family meeting with your GP or your PCD so that things can be explained properly to them & a care plan for all worked out professionally soon?

Yes I do get what you mean about animals. They can be very comforting at times @Former-Member Itshard bella. I hate mental health all together. They need a cure.
