Yes I hope MH will be cured too it sucks!!! sorry but that's how I feel I hate to see u suffering like this!!!

No still having anxiety. @Former-Member ive got up for a walk as its aggitating my hand again and because ita stuck it makes me panic works then i try to move it and then becomes a cycle so am up getting a drink atm

I will be ok @Former-Member im working on being ok even for a little while. I didnt mean to brush of what youd said either. It wouldve been good had it of not been my family. My mh causes more trouble then wht its worth ao i shut up now.
The physical thing like my hand is giving me a slight advantage for a break though.

Already taken pain meds. Cant have any more till 2am now and no sleepers. Nothing to help with sleep at all. Just toss and turn all friggin night yer again
