@outlanderhugs hon. Hoping that the pain meds kick in quickly for you and you can sleep. Sometimes you have to be so forceful with GP's and demand they do something. ![]()

@outlanderyou know there is a big connection between the brain and the gut, and a lot of research is in progress. So I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of your aches and pains are somatic. That is, related to your depression and anxiety. I know when I am really anxious, I get really awful chest pain. Perhaps in time, when your mental health is more stabilised, you made find your physical symptoms settle as well. I don't know if that's an incentive to try to get better.
Don't worry for now about the extra support. I took a look at the bpd nsw site today and there is a lot to it, so I understand you were overwhelmed. But I saw one or two things in there that might be helpful, so I will send the links to you tommorow.
Just take small steps for now ok?

I am currently working on my workshop plan for tommorow @outlander
It is going way too slowly, and if I don't do a lot, lot more, it will all be a big rush tommorow!
I love this subject, so why I can't get more motivated is beyond me. I have had a very slow day. And I think I am also in a little bit of a low dip. Just what I need!!
I had a big, big cleanup (what is with me and these double words!) of my bedroom, so very little left to do now. I found some very old diaries which was a bit sad to read them. I thought I only had one major SA at the age of 17, but there were several others too. That made me feel a little sad.I didn't complete my final year of high school, just too much personal stuff (depression likely) going on. But I went through many jobs in a small space of time. I really didn't have much confidence in myself at that age.
The furry boys are fast asleep at the end of the bed. I am quite concerned about Jasper, as he seems to have some dark mark under his chin, which is a little scabby. I noticed it before, but it is much bigger now. When he had his last vaccination, I mentioned to the vet, but she ignored my remark saying it was dirt, and didn't even look at it. It wasn't my regular vet, it was the shelter he came from as they were offering special deals. It doesn't seem to bother him though.
