Thanks for your vote of confidence @outlander. I am chipping away at it now. I have had weeks to prepare for this, and as usual, often leave things to the last minute. Then I start to get really anxious and panicky. I do need to go to sleep soon though as I can't have too late a night again. And I will be going for my walk in the morning. I might have an hour after I wake up to do a bit more work.
I was feeling low well before I read the diaries, but that probably didn't help. As I read them, I couldn't help thinking what a pathetic person I was then. I don't have time to explain now. I know I am safe, but I am similar to that person back then in many ways that I also can't explain. I will be ok. It just feels like I can ever escape my past; that I am forever tainted by it.
My pyschologist asked me the other day why I had such high expectations of myself and others. Initially I couldn't answer him, but I thought about it for a bit and it was a painful discovery to explore and discuss.
And yes, I will get Jasper get at the regular vet.

Youve also been very busy @Sans911 take a breather sleep recharge and see what else pops up in the morning. Im glad your talking and not keeping things in so much. You dont have to explain your similiarities from then to now or your thoughts around those but will listen if you do ❤
I love who you are now i wouldn't change you. I could list all the the things about you starting with kind loyal compassionate firey and the list goes on but we are stubborn us humans and cant see our good points.
That sounds like a rather tough session but might be worth it in the end-like piecing the puzzle together..?

Morning @outlander, sorry dropped out last night. My meds seem to take me under very quickly and send me to sleep. Guess that is a good thing that they work so well for me atm.

Thats ok @Snowie im glad your meds work that way.
Im ok was another rough night. Im going to see if i can get pop to agree to the drs. He seems to have gotten a cold or maybe worse reflux or something as hes coughing more and clogged up and was a coughing night for him abit too thankfully he sleeps in the day as well.
Ive got shopping with him this morning and shopping with the kids this arvo for mums upcoming birthday.

I am okish. Going out to lunch today with a friend. She doesn't know everything that is happening but knows a lot more that others. It is someone I feel comfortable opening up a bit too. She is extrememly non-judgemental, so will be nice to catch up with her. Other than that probably washing!

Washing never seems to end does it and with kids back at school piles up abit quicker too.
Theyve been putting bbt on tv here lately but not the new ones. Been waiting to watch young sheldon but i never seem to catch it when its on.
