Re: rough time

I went for a walk @Sans911 earlier when i looked at the site
I just fed all the animals and took a few deeper breaths
Why cant i just look at the site. Why is that so hard.

Re: rough time

Maybe because every time you have asked for help it hasn't been right. You might be fearing this is the same. And sometimes getting better, as much as we want it, can be scary.

The incident about the dog is over. It can't hurt you anymore. You don't need to SH. Yes it's very painful and very real for you, but you can choose to let it keep hurting you or not. Why don't you say out loud, 'damn you you stupid, ugly dog. Go away, you can't hurt me any more'.

Why don't you call the HC?

Re: rough time

Hello @outlander

Just wanted to acknowledge that you are doing a great job at trying to manage these difficult feelings today and finding ways of coping and getting some more support. It is so hard to keep reaching out so good work for continuing to do so, crying can also be helpful to get the feelings out. Are you able to do some grounding things like getting dinner sorted yet? Or like @Sans911 mentioned, using chat or the helpline to talk to someone.

Re: rough time

maybe that is the reason @Sans911 maybe your right.

i tried to say it ut i cant. i can barely say a word. its a squeak. i cant call hc for the same reason and chats offline and no other servuce really helps.

it is hurting sis, as much as im trying not to let it, it is and it wont stop.

@Former-Memberthe crying isnt helping, its making it harder to breathe than what it already is. ive got music blasting atm to drown out anything and everything and pacing my room.
