are there any roles that you have taken on that perhaps you dont need to do? you're so young luv, you want to have time to enjoy yourself too! you are a very mature woman.
that is totally understandabe re: your sisters. im not a fan of a lot of noise these days either lol ... and if they are squabbling that would do ur head in! so if a movie day works for you, then a movie day it is! i love going to the movies.

I have a few roles that i could reduce mainly the homelife however because ive been doing them for longer than i can really remember its hard to break out of them too @Bella1978 homelife can be so complex.
I dont feel all that young it doesnt help not really having anything to do either. I dont have any friends and i cant seem to make or keep friendships ao makes it hard.
I try not to have too many movie days with them .its not their fault so i try to take them out for drives and ice creams and to their horses and if they are having playdates etc drop and pick ups.

I went to the drs today and was there for quite a while. I got it xrayed and the dr said said it looks ok nut wants to wait for the report to come through from the radiographer incase they find something like a hairline fracture.
The dr said its more than likeley all the muscles and possibly some ligament damage but not sure on the extent as yet but it does seem pretty bad. He said if it hasnt settled by monday then I need to go back and also get ultrasounds done. He said all the muscles underneath the main 2 fingers are badly bruised as well as some brusing and swelling in my hand. He said to monitor symptoms atbit in my forearm as its rather sore and I get shooting pains up from my fingers to my elbow.
Basically my arm is swollen as well which I hadnt realise till he pointed it out today I more paid attention to my finger and it swelling and going a hard as a rock.
He sent me to the nurse for buddy taping to which her rsponse was ' oh geezus! What the hell happened! Are they sure its not broken!” must look pretty horrid t her too as she blurted it out and went abit red with embarrassment.
She atm its buddy taped, keep taking pain releif- he said anti inflammes to but im not allowed, as well as icing, resting and elevating as much as possible.

When we have a lot of responsibilities from a young age we do feel older than we are.
You do have lots of friends looking out for you on these forums luv 😘 including me! Something to think about would be attending a carers support group thru carers australia. You may meet someone and develop a friendship. Having a common bond, ie being a carer can help. I met my best friend thru a rheumatoid arthritis support group 😊

Thanks @Appleblossom ❤ yep RICE it is for now and an easy day tomorrow hopefully. The kids should be occupied for a few hrs at least.
