Aaaah, I like the sound of the worry box luv. I also journal - I find it very therapeutic to write stuff down - gets it out of my head! I'm glad there are members on this forum that have been able to help you with coping strategies The people on these forums are amazing - have to agree with you there. And I'm glad you find music helps you too.
Ok sweets, I'm sorry to cut this short. I best get some rest as I have an early start with mum tomorrow and I think it's going to be a long day *sigh*

No not alot of sleep happening here @Bella1978 already been up and cleaning since 6 couldnt be bothered moving before then lol.

@outlander Hi outlander! How are you going this morning? Hopefully okish .... better than okish would be great but okish I am sure is a good start. I am waiting for my son to wake up after waking me up and then going back to bed ... lol ... am on my second load of washing and then will do another after that. Will wash the car when he has woken up so that he can help and then will do some stuff with him throughout the day to keep him occupied (no daycare today for him).
If I remember correctly you are a free agent this weekend? Or are you babysitting? If you are a free agent time for some self care. I hope you have a wonderful day love gp xx

I hope you have self care planned for today and things to keep you occupied.
I fell asleep not long after we finished chatting. Just getting myself ready to head up to the hospital, feeling anxious cause of what happenned yesterday - hopefully mum behaves today.
I will try check in on you this afternoon sweets, it will just depend on how it goes with mama.

Sounds like your already having a productive day too. Lucky him having a sleep in-its nearly 1030 here.
Im free this morning and then helping with the horses later this arvo. Sisters are riding and ill be washing one of them. Id rather hurry up and get them over with really.
I have the kids sat and sun for most of the day so will need to find something to do.
I need to keep distracted today im already on edge (trauma aniversary date) lacking sleep esp the past few nights.
Hoping today goes ok for you too. @Bunniekins
