Re: rough time

@outlander
Yes, there would be a little bit of travel involved lol 😆
Awesome that you have things to occupy yourself.
Ooh you have horses??
Good plan - while you have some time today, think of things you can do tomorrow - include a walk in that! A relaxing bath? Put on your essential burner. Buy yourself some flowers? Come do ny cleaning (jokes!!!!) Go to a quiet cafe and buy yourself a coffee? Or take your coffee to a quiet park. Sooo many things to choose from 😁 xxxx
I'm just waiting at the carwash - car is feral. .. then go to hospital. Feel sick in my stomach grrrr

Re: rough time

yep ive got horses @Bella1978 3 of them atm we just sold one. not excited to go see them today really. id actually rather not but i guess its better than sitting at home.

my cars feral too but having horses and rain and mud and dust i dont bother washing it all that often.

have you eaten anything today? sometimes we feel sick if we dont eat either.

i usually go for a walk but i havent been lately. gets boring walking on my own.

im waiitng on a call from pop today/tomorrow too to see what his plans are. ill need to pick him up from the train station when he comes home but i dont think thats till tuesday now. hes having a great time by the sounds of it which is good.

Re: rough time

Good morning @outlander @Bunniekins

I've been up about 4hours now. Went to see my foster sister off at the airport as they're flying east to see her husband's family for a week. It was a nice catch up over coffee.

I've got to get into the shower very soon. I'm doing my own family catch up with my neice & Auntie. I haven't seen either of them in some time. It's a nice drive up into the hills of Perth. Well stay until mid afternoon.

@outlander - I want to to plan out some distractions today besides looking after your sisters. It can be anything. I want you to use the worry box to write down your worries this morning, then also write down 'I am safe, I'm not afraid, and I not scared of that dog anymore' as many times as you can until your fed up. I think you should try some drawing today, and draw about the incident. I understand that might make you anxious hun, but you need to face this fear as it's consuming you. Draw what it feels or looks like to you. You don't have to keep it. And try not to think about what you are drawing; just let it happen. I'll be there beside you keeping you safe. And I know @Bella1978 is also around a bit. I'm very grateful she's helping you. I'll be back later today.

Re: rough time

sounds like a nice morning and a nice day planned too @Sans911 enjoy!

ok sis, ill try to plan some other things today too and use the worry box. currently im finishing up mums drawing that she wanted to buy but id rather gift it instead. just doing the final details atm.

i dont know if i can draw the incident even without thinking about it. but ill try the other things first.

your always with me even when you not, same as @Snowie and my forum family.

Re: rough time

Im so torn i dont know what to do 😞

I was invited to my aunties place with the family the problem is they have a dog. A bigger one and i dont like it.
I dont know whats worse not going because im terrified and sometimes not knowing whats happening is bettrr or going because i feel more scared knowing my sisters there around that dog and not knowing whats happening.

Im going to try and go. I already told mum that kids need to be careful around it because i do t like it and doesnt look very friendly at all befor i had a chance to think. Im trying so hard not to instil fear into others but i do t think im doing a very good job at it.

And to make matter so much betterr ((not) i think ive broken my finger or rather my horse broke it being a cow

I wish i had prn meds.

Re: rough time

they dont get it @Shaz51 the last time i went there and asked if she could lock up the dog it didnt end well and it stayed out. this dog she has now is new and is a rescue dog and while im sure its fine i dont feel fine around it. i met it once before and it didnt look friendly at all, nothing like they showed me in the pictures.

i dont know if its me or if im right but i dont like it at all and i dont want to go but i feel worse not going. im going to try and stay as long as i can. mum has to work ans she siad shes not staying there too long either so i hope we are gone by 7ish dinners suppose to be at 5.
