Doing okay @outlander ....
Somebody else told mr. about the floor, and he was annoyed with them about something else, so he got annoyed with them about that as well ..... which took the heat off me. It didn’t look too bad by the time he saw it, so have to wait and see whether the wood in the floor or cabinets swell and cause obvious damage or not ..... cross that bridge when / if we come to it.

@outlander Hey sweetheart, have been thinking of you today. I was at the hospital with mum this afternoon so couldn't message. Am home now though. How are you feeling? I'm sending you big hugs and lots of love - all the way from little ole' Perth xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

@outlander
Well, I'm sending you bigger hugs! hehe 🙂
Good to hear that you are keeping yourself occupied - when our mind has too much free time is when we can often think too much - I know I do! Sounds like you had a really full on day today with your therapy session, and then with your mum. Definitely need to be gentle on yourself luv and self care.
I'm going okay. Mum not so great. She was medically cleared to be discharged from hospital and transferred to mental health clinic but she told the nurses she wasn't going - she didn't want to listen to me either. She had to have an mri on her brain today and it's just all been too much for her the poor luv. (mri came back clear) Fortunately there is a bed available for her tomorrow so they will transfer her tomorrow morning. I'll go up to the hospital when it takes place. Poor luv, I feel for her and she is just getting fed up with it all. I don't blame her but I need to get her to Perth Clinic so her psychiatrist can see her and review her medication.
So my dear, what self care are you doing atm? x
