ive got my sisters over the weekend i think. i dont really know if i do or not. tomorrow they are riding their horses so will be there for a little bit in either the morning or the arvo but other than that not a lot going on

@outlanderOf course lil Sis. I would have suggested it anyway as I have to start to pull back on my log off time. I have going to bed later & it's impacting my wakefulness in the morning. But I am also trialling weaning one of my night/sleeping meds.
Is there anything I can help you with tonight?

I cant sleep i keep seeing shadows ans its freaking me out. I have my bedroom light on and the tv on still.
I want to skip the next few days. Its not going to be over very quickly though is it.
I have 2 modes atm sky high anxiety or thr other state that sends off the death thoughts.
