Ahhh...no you are not @outlander lol! I took my night meds about 10mins ago, so will need to log of in 20mins before I face plant the laptop.
So for sleep you can try this-Marjoram- 3 drops, Lavender-4 drops and Chamomile-3-4 drops.
For Harmony - Ylang Ylang- 2 drops. This is a very 'heavy' scented oil. Make sure you like it firs. Don't from the bottle, but the lid. And wave the bottle around so you get the vapour in the air.Lavender-4 drops Bergamot-3
For Communication- Lavender -4 drops Frankincense- 2 drops. This is another heavy oil, hence why you use less drops. Beware, due to it's rarity, it is expensive
Once you know what oils you like, you can order them online.

I certainly haven't forgotten the DBT learning @outlander. What about we do some in the morning before I go out?
Simplifying your life just means lessening your expectations like we talked about before. Trying not to be everything to everyone, and talking more time for you. You desperately need this for not only your mental health, but your physical health. It doesnt need to be a drastic paring back, just being aware of taking on too much. At least until real improvement in your health is regained. You are old enough lil Sis to make your own decisions, to be comfortable saying no 'I can't do that'. There is some stuff in DBT that helps with these things.
What exactly are you afraid of outlander? And why do you think you would push people away or hurt them? You certainly have never done any of these things to me. I cherish you so much because you are smart, mature, clever, intellegent and funny. All beautiful, smart qualities lil Sis
