Ive got to leave now but will be back alittle later. Keep talking ok sans will be on a walk pretty soon so might be logged off but @Former-Member is here too
Keep doing the breathing ive written up above. If it helps you can imagine my voice walking you through it. I do that too.
Ill be able to do one quick check in in about 20 minutes ok but try and calm yourself then maybe have a nice hot bath/shower @Former-Member
