My darling @outlander, you have done nothing wrong , and you are here today , now it is time to take a big breath and take care of yourself
Last few days are gone , you can not change that , but now is the time to go forward , no need to be ashamed or guilty
Last time my Mr shaz ended up in hospital , his anxiety and MI exploded to the point that he did not know what started his breakdown , so by the time i got to the hospital , the MI team were all blaming me

i dont really know what to do from here--- Forward @outlander and learning , inproving you self care list and putting in place what to do next time when you start feeling like you did at the beginning
I am trying to get Mr shaz to tell me what`s wrong at the beginning instead of letting it build up

@Shaz51im scared of what im becoming. Its really upsetting me. I know I cant change what happened and I can only change the future but Shaz im scared of what the future might hold. I dont know if im strong enough to get through this. Im tired mentally and physically. I just want it all to stop.
When I started to notice more of a change I done what I normally did except go crazy on supports. Im find it really hard to ask for help even from my friends here. Its the reason I stopped talking. I dont like struggling and asking for help and its making me upset.
And its not your fault at all, and im sorry the blame was put on you. People esp those that need carers are often the most stubborn ones. ![]()

@outlander@Shaz51 Totally agree with Shaz51 you have no reason to feel ashamed period. Time to move forward outlander. You cannot change the past but you cannot let it define you whatever people say or think about you or the negative thoughts that creep into your mind at night ... just remember you are a unique individual who is a wonderful woman.
Believe me I know from first hand experience you just cannot sit and let it envelope you like a shroud. YOu are too good for that. xx
