@Shaz51all of what ive done over the past few days. i shouldve asked for help instead. ive been in this sport before but it doesnt become any easier. i am ashamed and guilt of what i did. its hard to talk about and i guess the more i talk about it i become more upset about it. i dont really know what to do from here
