@outlander I've been quite calm today but it was stressful early in the week. I was sitting in a chair sorting papers when the pain came on. I wasn't keen at all to call an ambulance at all. But the paramedics were very nice as were the emergency staff.
I am so jealous @Snowie you're seeing Ed Sheeran. There's no way I could afford the tickets. He played two concerts in our city last week.
Muggy here too. Got up to 34 today, 25 tonight.

I rarely go to any concerts but will always go to his concert, one of my favourite singers. Were expensive but we didn't go for the really expensive seats and saved up once I heard he was coming out again to tour.
Perhaps I need an outlander and a sans in my bag like CheerBear does with a little turlte!!

Tommorow is a busy day @outlander. I have a early morning walk with another one or two people. Mid morning is an appt with my pdoc & pick up meds afterwards.
Late afternoon I have a intake assessment/ interview for a peer support worker.
And I need to arrange a vet appt for the older cat as he's peeing outside the litter box. And try to get pet insurance for the both.
