@outlanderwe have Labour Day here tomorrow so long weekend. Concert isn't until tomorrow night, think it starts about 6 or 7. So late night and then Tuesday have to get up early to go see pdoc. Then Wednesday psych so some busy days ahead.
I hope your Gp can help with the sleep issues. Did you find anything on sleep hygiene?

oh yep @Snowie we dont have that here. sounds like a busy week ahead! i hope both your visits with mh professionals go well and if your having a particular trouble you can talk about it with them ![]()
i really hope she can help me too, if not i think ill get a second opinion. i cant keep going on like this.
i did take a look on the net and i also like what @Sans911 said too. so shower, teeth, chill for a while even on here, make sure i have a notebook and pen beside my bed and a drink. most of my books are rather stimulating so will see how i go with that one but might aim for a chapter a night on a book i havent read yet on my bookshelf. if i am having alot of trouble still sleeping and tossing and turning then will get up and just have a short walk to the kitchen or something and then go back to bed. if im still tossing and turning alot the plan will be to put bbt on or abit of music on my phone as i cna use the headphones just to help with resettling.
i get hot alot so will make sure my room is cool and darker, make sure even if i have niggling pain of a night take the pain meds early so im not styaing awake in pain.
and hopefully get some help with the restlessness and maybe some sleeper from my gp. even a calmer would be good as its the tossing and turning and the feeling of i need to move that are keeping me up quite alot.
um think thats it for now..
