@outlanderI am still but just had a lengthy phone call with my brother.
What was the goal you didn't reach? Why are you troubled by it?

You don't have to reach your goals in one day @outlander! You are so hard on yourself. As long as you are doing the best you can to make an effort you will enventually get there,
With regards to your diet, have you tried to go back to a bland diet? Like plain toast, boiled rice, baked chicken with no skin, plain yoghurt, fruit, even plain biscuits. And you possibly should be eating small portions every 3-4 hours to help sustain your energy levels and maintain adequate nutrition. Have you also tried supplemental drinks like Ensure or something similar? Your local chemist has them and they come in various styles and flavours. They are total nutrition in terms of protien, carbs, etc.
And perhaps you need to be like PR, and have a set log out time each night from the forums. Not trying to be Big Sis or a Mum, but you need a strict routine for sleep hygeine as you don't have one and your sleep deprivation is playing havoc with your physical and mental health.
So perhaps make some new goals. Each day try to eat every 4 hours, drink plenty of fluids. Develop a sleep hygeine routine that works for you, type it ou if you need and post it somewhere you can see it everyday, and make that a goal that by 21 days you will stick to that routine no matter what.
Speaking of sleep, I need to log out as my meds are making me sleep. We will talk more tommorow about this, radical acceptance and anything else you want to discuss. Goodnight lil Sis @outlander
