hello @Former-Member yeh im abit all over the place atm, i havent been on the positives thread for a while. i dont really have anything to add there atm 😞
i have done so wrong by everyone here, i feel like an idiot. i hate not being strong enough to reach out for help before i get to that point

Yes, I understand that, I know how that feels its aweful. I run away for a while myself when I had that happen to me. Then I start to pray & get into a good spiritual place & things sorta look like it can workout then I take the tiniest bit of positive that I can find & make it much bigger than it is until I feel like I can cope & then I have a start to work things out? Not that I can change other people or things that happened, BUT I can feel a taste of peace in my heart, & that feeling is something I can try to hold onto as its so personal that it is really hard to talk to people when so down & distressed, its near impossible to get things into proper perspective!

I am not religious either I am definitely spiritual as you know that.
GOD believes in you outlander, you do not have to be Spiritual all you need is a willing true heart?
