thank you for what youve written @Sans911 gives a little bit of perspective on things. im sorry you had to go through all of that
it feels like the whole world is going forward and im stuck. it really upsets me.
if you dont mind me asking- how did you learn to accept that you need to trust in the process and that answers would come to you?
letting things come to me is tricky as i find im more of a 'do it' sort of person so i know trying to accept that i need to just focus on the basics will take time. it feels alot harder than it needs to be but everytime i think ive got a handle on things and just start to accept that i jsut need to survive right now something inside says no thats not right you need to get up and work it out. i didnt listen to that voice the past 2 days been in bed or flopped on the lounge today as i had sister and i know thats not all that good either. in a way it feels like my body is giving up too- just had enough but i feel if i stop then i will go further backwards and that worries me. its probably screaming at me to slow the hell down
so i guess some goals would be to just take it day by day and focus on the basics as youve listed them (eating, drinking, abit of exercise, hygeine ) and make those the daly goals...

Hi @outlander, I think the wisest thing my psych has ever taught me is that everything is transient. Nothing can stay bad, it will always come good. Sometimes I might have to wait, but things will change. This is especially good news when you're feeling like a black hole has swallowed you up and you don't have the energy or willpower to fight it. I just need to believe and to remember to give myself some slack once in a while. I hope tomorrow is better for you.
