hi @MDT and thanks for responding.
unfortunatley growth can come from stuipidity too the same as self awareness. as you said both an ally and a friend. it can be hard to pick which side at times. i do take breaks from the forums everynow and then but not usually more than a day or ill hide behind likes for a day or 2 but not say anything or say very minimal but at least im still around i guess. i know people care on here which is why i dont like posting so much in a bad state anymore.
thank you for responding, my minds not really in it atm. not really thinking clearly

@outlanderstop apologising. Switch this around and what would you be saying to one of us if we had done what you did?
You would be telling us exactly the same things we are telling you. It is so easy to give advice and tell others it is ok and how strong they are, etc, etc, but when it comes to ourselves, we are our own worst enemy. And it is not just you hun, we all do it. Call it human nature. We are so so so critical of ourselves and so much harder on ourselves than we are others.
I should be able to cope, I should be stronger, yes we all say this to oursleves at different times, me included.
So stop, step back and show yourself the same compassion you would give to all of us on here. BTW, I know this is super hard to do. ![]()

@Former-Memberok..
i actually dont have a clue what to say to help anyone else. i have used all my advice up and i use alot of my own advice too, to try and work out what works, what doesnt etc but i am no further along than before. i just dont know what else to do, i am so lost within myself ive got no idea, i cannot find who i am under all of this and i am still all skrewed up. i have a feeling monday will come and my gp will send me back anyway, i just dont want to go back. i want to get better on the outside not in there stressing about the outside if that makes sense
