I hear you
I understand
I'm laying beside you
So here we are, sick & tired of our lives, just wanting to breathe without having to think about it, rejecting the pain we have & we cause, trying to avoid dissapointment & failure. We battle all the basics not just breath - eating, drinking, sleeping, peeing, pooping, thinking. We dream of such simple successes that most would think instinctive.
We dream
We strive
We battle

Hi @outlander
Just checking, are you trying to sleep?
If you are, is your room temperature warm or cold? If the room temperature is cold, it may help to slow down your tossing around.
I hope this helps.
