Re: rough time

@Former-Member Good morning. I hope your day will be kind for you and that you have some peace. BTW I think you are very brave saving a bush rat I would have a heart attack even looking at it! Rats terrify me!

@outlander

I am so glad that your therapist is taking your issues seriously and trying to work at things methodically with you. You put in the effort and try and get the most out of it. Yes it might get worse at times before it feels better, but it is the best way to resolve old trauma. You deserve healing. We all do.

Hello @Sans911

@Former-MemberDifferent strokes for different folks and all that. I wish you had some respite for the pressures at home. It is part of the reason I often get out. Even if it is walking the streets at night. .. lol

Thank you @Appleblossom im going to try my best and do the homework and the things that shes asks me to do and try to cope the best i can. Please be careful walking the streets at night by yourself 💖

Re: rough time

That's why I go walking @Appleblossum,I have different speeds but, the depression can slow my time, the anxiety can speed me up, shows how the brain is affected.

Re: rough time

Hi @Bunniekins, just had a trim at Maccas now before mums doctor appointment. Quite bloody stupid saving a bushrat if I knew what it was, that day he was like a hitchhiker on the road saying "hey man, need help! "lol.Talked to hairdresser how some of us hide behind our hair, she was saying how some like long fringes or long hair when we are going through tough times.

Re: rough time

Thanks @outlander,but no.The only thing that would help me is for my life to change, and get control. All I did from counselling was get a sore nose from using their crap tissues and make so called "professionals"rich.
I admit, I do need hospital.

Re: rough time

@Former-Member So true ... I hide behind my glasses. I suppose weight could be a similar thing. My daughter is obese and I am sure that is why she over eats.

Getting back to the ratty shows what a nice and kind person you are. I always keep a blanket in the boot of my car incase I see some animal or animal thats been hit.

Re: rough time

@Former-MemberI am very much the same. Anxiety and anger have me speeding along the streets and at least it is a good way to get a bit of cardio happening. lol .. There are also times when just putting my foot forward took too much effort.

@BunniekinsI have a quiet day planned. Mop floor, supermarket and Hungarian Goulash for dinner.

I made a mess of yesterday day. I could not move; too much exhaustion and meds, missed my 2nd pdoc appointment, but still went in to choir last night and feel much better for it. Last few months have been horrendous for my son and probably takes a lot of extra nervous energy. Pdoc said he understood and it was alright.

@outlanderDo you mind if I tag @eth just to say hello. We all will be missing @Mazarita while on her trip.
