That's OK @Bunniekins, only have to think and I'm triggered! True. Just saw a bushrat ,made me squirm, I rescued one once from here not knowing what it was, it had a sore foot.... Took it to rescue place lol. They are rare apparently but wouldn't rescue it now after seeing the damage to my motor years ago due to rats. you are beautiful @Bunniekins

Ive got a few @Former-Member but in time i hope to become less reactive which will help my anxiety
Maybe you could look into doing some dbt skills too to work with your emotions?
