@Phoenix_Risingim no longer on the DBT list at all. when i rang to check im not on there because i dont run through the community mh team and even though i tried to refer myself i couldnt. so i dont have that option.
i dont like her at all but ive only got the 10 now 9 soon to be 8 sessions left and then ill be out another yr. if i keep wasting my sessions i feel ill never get anywhere anyway and evne though i meantioned it to my gp she was already ushering me out the door.

Hello my beautiful cyber-grandgirl Claire
@outlander ![]()
Thank you for your likes, they let me know your there & that your thinking of me ![]()
So how did the instant marriages go last night? Do they actually get legally married? Doesn't that make a bit of a mockery of what our institute of marriage is supposed to be about? Not that I care, I've had a couple - not really stacked up to what it's meant to be in my opinion! Do they have same sex marriages in that show?
Did you get any rest? I can't imagine how I'd feel going to a social group {and good on you for going & giving it a try - your braver than me girl!} in zombie mode! Particularly if I then had to go to work!!!
How's your Pop going & the rest of the family, those Sisters of yours still wonderfully annoying 😄 Have they needed to adjust to the move much, do they miss having you thier in the home? I bet they do!
I'm feeling much better today 🙂 I imagine you've already read that 😉 & I'm sure @Sans911 will be feeling better soon too
Many of us here know what it's like not to be able to contol your actions, during that blur I don't think it's as important who's there - it's a blur. I think an important thing though, is who is still there when the blur slows down. You will be there for her
- I'm sure she knows it ![]()

Hi @outlander,
I'm wondering if re-connecting with the MH team might be a way forward so you can get back on the DBT wait-list. I'm not sure why you chose to disengage with them, but even if you don't find them helpful per se, engaging with them just for the purpose of getting into the DBT program may be useful.
I can hear how hopeless you feel - I truly can, and I don't want to minimise that at all. At the same time, it sounds like some problem solving and goal setting might be more helpful in achieving what you want to achieve, rather than super focusing on the current sense of hopelessness. What do you think?
You mentioned the other day that you don't want to deal with the SA stuff in therapy. What DO you want to address? If you had a magic wand and could conjour up the perfect psychologist who could give you exactly what you want and need, what would that look like? I'm wondering if figuring that out might be a first step towards getting what you want and need - and deserve.
Of course, I could be way off the mark, in which case you are extremely welcome to tell me so. ![]()

hi @Phoenix_Rising
sorry i dont think i explained that very well in my last post. i didnt take my name off the list or stop contact with the community mh team, they stopped contact with me. i rang them up to find out about the groups and to also see about speaking to someone while i was in crisis mode (was susicidal and really struggling and got turned away) . they said im not on the list anymore for the groups, individual or for there services at all.
they said i was there beore hand going off the records but for them to be able to do anything else i need to be running back through them. apaprently 6 months ago (prob more now) when the psychologist performed all those assessments and come up with the diagnosis and her recommendations she aslo signed me off with all the services.
To be able to go through the community mh team again id need to be admitted to hospital, be further in crisis (apparently suicidal and struggling isnt enough!) or i need to have no supports at all. they say i do still have supports because i have my gp and psychiatrist (didnt have a psychologist at the time) so they cant help me.
no, i dont want to work with the SA, no one knows about it and its something i dont want to speak about at all. i want to work on the other truamas ive had, learn how to manage my emotions and thoughts so i can remain more stable and dont turn to bad habits ie sh, risky behaviours.
i wanted to see a dbt therapist but i dont have any near me besides the one thats on maternity leave. i cant find any groups outside the community mh team either.ive looked alot. im not sure where i can be problem solving....

hi NN, @Former-Member
MaFS is a social experiment. each partner- they havent got any same sex on there this time is married at the alter knowing nothing about their partner. they just turn up get married and then each week they have a commitment ceremony to either stay in the relationship or leave. usually the week has a focus the upcoming few nights they are meeting the parents of their partners. can be very dramatic at times.
i managed around 3 hrs sleep, and was resting through the night despite not sleeping. it was scary going to the first session but its not really that scary now. there was only 3 of us there this time. im not attending the next session but will see how i go after that. i kinda feel sorry for the co-ordinator the group is shrinking at this rrate i wonder if itll still continue by the 12th week so thought about still going. its a good learning ball with a few things in there. today we made dream catchers- took forever to get the hang of it and lots of fiddling around. ill upload a pic while im at home then eventually will need to go to work- its an easy day and its cool but sunny so can go for a walk as well.
pop is good, sisters are good. they are still their same annoying selves lol. the first month was abit tricky for everyone but now its fine. they have been there almost 4 months now and loving it.
im glad your feleing better. i was reading along before but have been offline for a while so will have a better catchup and read later tonight
will get the pic to uplaod to share with everyone...
