Thanks @Shaz51 Why are you concerned @Shaz51 and @outlander? Ive read through her most reccent posts and they wernt flagging crisis, they were about healthy eating....
Perhaps send an email through with a link/ or copy and paste to any comments that are worrying you?

@outlander Even if you tried to push me away I would just keep annoying you here 😀 so you are stuck with me now.
@Bunniekins I just hope it is worth it in the end

@Former-Memberone of her warning signs that something isnt right is she starts to be online less, starts to only like comments, and becomes very quiet. its not like her to not be online for a day unless something is wrong and when i last spoke to her she had SI thoughts and i am really worried

Hi @outlander,
I'm sorry to hear you are feeling so hopeless right now. Where are you at on the waiting list for the DBT? The months are going by so you must be moving up the list.
I noticed you mentioned on another thread that you were sticking with this psychologist even though you really don't like her. Realistically, if you don't like her, the chances of you getting any benefit from seeing her are minimal. All the research indicates that the therapeutic relationship is the most important factor in predicting the outcome of treatment. That is, how well you connect with the therapist is a much stronger predictor of the outcome than what sort of therapeutic approach / techniques they use.

Thanks for explaining this to me @outlander. I understand that you would be worried in that case @Shaz51 and @outlander.
I will send her a check in. Having said that people can sometimes need to take a break from the forums or go up and down in terms of their participation, and we wouldnt want her to feel pressure if she is needing time out. For this reason, sending check in emails at times like this is not something that we would normally do.
Hope that makes sense?
