I'm supposed to go tomorrow but not going @outlander,no one can help and when I come out last week one behind reception I never saw before stared knowing I was upset as I walked outJust had a argument with my mother,had one last night when got back walking,severely distressed.Told her I'm not paying for the plumber to do the roof.Told you I cancelled because how I was treated by reception then he rang Mum and I got the cold reception by him.Might be paranoid but don't think so.One statement was to save mum money.They should consider who might be paying.Mum is making out I'm a bitch.I payed for a double garage out home treated the same,so not the first time.Plus I cancelled because I have to pay fridge yet.Applied for a job last night then when they sent additional information I lost confidence.
If you aren't happy with psych,don't be with her,it's not help,helping her ego and income only.Find someone else,but probably like me and would have to travel and you wonder if they are worth it.

Doctors are just people, & it sounds a bit like this person has wracked their brains & can not come up with an answer - doesn't mean there isn't 1! It just means that that particular person doesn't have it, no-ones fault, no-one can do what they can't do.
Besides, I kinda think that answer is constantly changing, because circumstances, external & internal influences are constantly changing. So perhaps even this person, just hasn't found the answer yet?

Thanks NN 💛 its just frustrating and upsetting and feels like they are giving up on me too. @Former-Member the main thing i asked for help with was sleep without it and this is now going on 2 weeks with worsened sleep ( barely any sleep at all) and she cant help me and neither can the psychiatrist. They both have already told me this was my one and only med i can take.

Its really up to you @Former-Member and what your comfortable with too. I wish things were better and different for you too. ❣ I dont have many othet psych options so may as well just go to this one even though i dont like her
