@Former-Member- the respite centre is good this time around. The staff know me now quite well even though I forget their names, and they're really caring. They take your meds off you, and still check on you hourly, but thy are a lot more 'available' and relaxed than mh ward staff. Have you ever ever been in a mh ward?

I err ummm yeah i have been @Sans911 and made use of some other services that can be helpful. I am glad they are kind and helpful and a lot more relaxed than ward staff:)

morning sis @Sans911 i slept on and off but a managed a few hrs here and there. hot day here but not as hot as it has been so might be a day for catching up on a few housekeeping things to keep myself distracted. yesterday someone told pop that im not doing a good job at keeping the house clean (one day off of not folding the clothes, or vaccuming) so should start up again and not be so lazy.
i want these thoughts to stop sis 😞 i just feel like the worst failure and dissapointment going. yesterday and the day before i didnt know if i could even keep myself safe or make it through the day/night. if i didnt come on here yesterday afternoon i dont know where i would be now either.

@outlander, I feel a bit excluded here and know the post referred to @Sans911, but in regard to that person's comment, ignore it. Tell them to feel free to do some 🏡 work anytime if they can come and sit on their behind and make a judgement. If you feel you could do better that's up to you to decide.

my house is usually clean, the person that said it is lucky. she has 2 older kids who clean and look after themselves and do some housework as well so she doesnt really do all that much housework. no need to really when everyone cleans up after themselves hey. i do need to do some washing and vaccum the floors so will do that but clearing the table of a few items( like a box of tissues, cling wrap and bread) can wait for now unless i feel up to it.
