Re: rough time
You make me laugh lil Sis @outlander. At all of your last 3 posts. I'm a very caring & compassionate nurse, but I won't put up with any BS from other nurses or patients. I pretty much tell it how it is. I can't tolerate laziness or cutting corners.
I'm a bit concerned about the sleeping medication you're on. It seems to give you more side effects than benefits. Can you talk to your GP when you seem them again. You really need proper rest and sleep hun.
How am I? I'm doing better than I thought I be. And I'm satisfied with that. I'm getting much better sleep since I changed meds about 2months ago. I wouldn't say that I'm happy just yet, but I'm brighter as my energy levels improve. My SI/SH has decreased by a lot, and is more manageable. I'm still having lots of ups and downs almost every day yet they're less severe than before. I've had significant increases in my antidepressants so that might be finally working. I've been a bit upset in the last few days from my last pyschologist session, and a couple of members on this forum are worrying me and I feel sad at their continued struggles.

Re: rough time
Your an awesome nurse @Sans911 i already know that 💖 I can only take these meds occassionally as they are addictive ao i took 2 loads over 2 days ro escape. I am still tired but not sure ill take them tonight. Might just drift off myself. They are sounding like positive changes. Its good to hear 💕 Will you stay with me for a little bit? Im starting to drift to sleep but like your company

Re: rough time
@outlander - I've taken my sleeping meds so I've another half hour or so before they kick in. Just letting you know if I don't answer that's why. Of course I'll sit with my lil Sis.
I don't like the word positive buts that's ok. I'm improving is how I look at it. I just want it to last. The last 16 months have been hell. I don't want to go back there as I really don't think I'll survive. I feel very uncertain about what comes next, but I'm just living one day to the next.
I'll say goodnight now like Sis. I hope you get some rest. If you want to talk more I'm here. Otherwise I'll just sit beside as you drift off. 😴😴😴
