Uhhh.... Nope @outlander. Fess up. And did the exercise I did with you help? I don't care whether you feel good, bad, confused, ok, not ok. I just want to know how you are. Do you feel like you can sleep tonight? I know, so many questions. If you don't answer me I have you scrubbing bed pans!

No im not really ok. Still have lots of the feelings i had before when i posted by honest post this afternoon. The exercise we done gave a bit of a distraction but ive gone back the same as before. My heart hurts and is beating so hard but its not fast. Only 64 bpm. Sleep im not sure i was going to take sleepers again but they give me nightmares so last night despite taking them was up all night with them.
