Morning everyone ❣ive had no sleep at all despite how tired i was. I ended up going to work early instead of later to day and left at 430 and got back an hr ago showered and changed and just having a cup of tea before leaving in about 20 minutes. I am super nervous but am going in with an open mind and just take it as it comes and not worry about anything else. And remembering to breathe.

@outlanderno sleep is a hard one but probbaly a good choice to go to work this morning. At least after the group you can just come home and chill. Nervous is perfectly fine. I will be around most of the day so if you need me just tag me hun.
I am ok, just a nightmare, but controlled it well last night.
Have a great time and yes, don't forget to breathe

@Owlunar,I have faith in no one,in crisis on Sunday studied a pamphlet on counseling somewhere....realised it was a waste of time.Decided a long time ago I either live or I don't.I have trauma through the counseling process,no more.
