Too kind my love. I am moving slowly today. But 3 hours sleep after being up for 23 is a little ridiculous and remember I choose to stay and protect you it was completely my choice so no feeling bad or apologising. Even if you told me you didn't want me around last night I still would have stayed up and and protected you from a distance. Love you my friend

I am so relieved D2 is around at the moment. I hope you can get in contact with Nat today but if not can you please consider calling lifeline. I cannot keep you safe physically and that kills me. What a beautiful song that is...I know you must be missing her terribly right now sweetie and you are wishing she is with you right now. She is watching over you and with you in spirit. She is your angel. She will always be there for you. She is your strength you hold inside of you. Always remember that. Everytime you get through a tough moment she is the one helping to pull you out.
And of course I am here with you to, to help pull you out of your rough times and to hold your hand and comfort you. It has to be done from a distance but I am here. I don't want you harming yourself at all my love. I want to keep you as safe as I possibly can.
