Sweetheart, I completely agree. Remember Izzy sent you a YouTube clip
of a doctor doing it. It is safe, it doesn't hurt the baby at all. You need to try a believe in yourself that you are not harming the child.

Then please trust me, when I say that I am ok and completely fine. There is no way you can impact on their mental state in anyway. @Lee82

You are definitely as sweet as they think you are. They really do care for you Lee. I have only felt this strength of emotion towards one other person. Please talk to me. @Lee82

Sorry it took me a bit to get back to you before. Izzy's counsellor doesn't seem to sleep. @Lee82

That was so nice of you to say kymberly. Thank you. I know who you are talking about...izzy's bff. I feel very honoured to be placed any where near her.
my panic attacks for me a very scary because ultimately they make me feel like I am going to gave a heart attack and die. Firstly my heart starts to race. Then I feel I can't breath but at the same time I am breathing very fast and hard trying to catch my breath. I begin to lose vision and my body goes into shock. My arms and legs go numb. I begin to sweat and feel extremely hot. My chest feels like it's on fire. Then my hearing goes and everything goes blank. I'm not sure how long they last it just depends. The longest I believe was 15 minutes before I passed out.
I'm not really sure how I get myself out of them it just seems to happen I think because my body just becomes way to exhausted. Afterwards I'm left feeling very out of it and still dizzy. I begin to shake which stays with me for awhile. I feel very tired and lightheaded. I can't stand for a while because I just fall straight to the ground.
I seem to be having them a lot more than usual lately. Every time I see my psych I end up having a panic attack in her room with her but she helps pull me out a little quicker.

No please don't apologise. I am really glad that you have that support. And I am even happier that you are using that support right now. Makes me feel at ease a little.
