@Former-Member - hehe - your cats sound funny. I just discovered my boy has peed on my friend's single mattress. Gahhhh!

Cat peeing on mattress yuk @Sans911,yes mentioned before when I squat in garden to weed he thinks it's his time to put his big bum in my face and to get attention from me.
Good luck getting the smell out of the mattress,if you got it instantly but sounds like you smelt it.

@Former-Member - unfortunately I didn't smell it; I went to change the sheets. My friends put on a good mattress protector so it's not really bad but I don't have any cleaning stuff and it'll have to wait until Monday. He's peed on the futon mattress before which I have to throw away. I think I'll call the vet on Monday

@Former-Member - yes he's fixed. And he has a massive litter tray that I clean it at least once a day or more. Then I clean out completely once a week more or less.

Im not feeling all that well this morning and had 2 more of those panic attacks last night/this morning but done what i did last night. It helped but seemed to take forever. I am tired and feeling pretty emotional and reactive to things already. Im not working today so i think ill try and do some self caring and continue making my book too.
@Sans911 thank you for explaining all of that. It makes sense to what you made me do and why and it does help just takes a while... and it makes more sense why i am having panic attacks even in a state of more calm.
