Knowing I had someone in my corner supporting me every step of the day. Knowing I wasn't alone and that someone cared especially when that someone completely understands what's going on is a great big help. And you did that for me today. I cannot ask for anymore than that.

I am exhausted and sore. I also did something foolish. I just don't know how much longer I can put up with this. My anxiety is killing me. I haven't been about to calm it down all day. I am finding it hard to breath. I am shaking and I have a headache.

Sweet pea, I am mum, I have four adult children only three are my biological children and I did hold them that was at some point. Not only my children, my nieces and nephews as well and I have too many of them. (24) I have never harmed one of them for holding them that way and neither will you.
