Hi my gorgeous friend. Just feeling all the emotions all at once at the moment. I can't contain this anxiety. Had a severe panic attack at my psychologists. Just can't cope anymore. Don't want to be here.

It's too much, trying to get help, trying to go back to work, trying to be a mum, trying to understand how I can all of a sudden not be in love my knight in shining armour. I was foolish on the drive home tonight. Just too much.

It seems like we are both feeling the same way. When you say foolish what do you mean?
I can understand about work babe and because your first day back this week was not a good experience it makes the thoughts worse. I am so sorry you feel pressured to go back. It's just not fair. It's f**king frustrating when those around don't get it.
I have to go to work tomorrow and I am dreading every minute of it. I don't think I can do it. Especially not the way I am feeling right now.
we are here to support each other so let me support you babe. You have been by my side all day today so let me be by yours tonight as well.

Thanks lovely💖 @Lee82 , I meant when I said I would be here you, I don't think I was that helpful though. I don't see how I can explain my foolishness without getting in trouble again. I know I am lucky because I sent a text to my counsellor telling her I need to talk to her and said opened a spot me after she finished work. We talked for over an hour and that session was rough. So much raw/painful bullsh*t came up and on top of what I was already feeling it was just too much.
