Hey lovely, it was a rough night unfortunately. Slept uneasy but didn't wake much. Feels like I am hungover this morning. Sorry I didn't reply earlier this morning, I don't even remember checking in with you.
How about you my friend, did you get any sleep? Did you manage your anxiety and avoid the SH monster?

I hope my questions haven't upset you my friend. I have a Telehealth appointment shortly with my GP and then I have check in with my counsellor. So i will be back to check in with you once that is all done.

Sorry babe it may take me awhile to respond this morning just cause I have my sons psych appointment at 10. I am so sorry to here you had a rough night. Any flashbacks?
I think I managed about 3 hrs sleep last night. My anxiety got worse as the night went on. The urge was too strong 😞
