Definitely not my choice, Natalee my counsellor did and she told exh2 so he came over and cleared it all out of the house. I do enjoy colouring but I am so tried all of the time I just can't get into it right now.
Well I hope I am breathing 😂 Seriously though, I do deep breathing a lot and sometimes it works quickly but other times it doesn't feel like it helps at all.

I know exactly what you mean about being tired all the time but sometimes we just have to push ourselves to try. Im here to sit with you through this and hopefully in time it will settle down a little more and enough for you to get some rest babe.
I'm glad the alcohol is gone babe. I know you probably don't want to hear that but it means that you are a little more safe.
breathing doesn't usually work for me but it stops me from having a panic attack and if that's all it can do for me right now then that's ok.

I can tell you now that I am so happy I don't have to do that shit. What grades are your boys in? My guys where great d3 and son where only 11 months apart so they where basically twins. They loved each other so much and when we finally had to put them in separate bedrooms because d3 was becoming an young lady they hated it. More than once we found one of them sleeping in the others bedrooms the next morning 😂 d2 has always been the shy little one but she is super sweet. But she has just come out as a "them" gender neutral I think, doesn't like sex and wants a partner of either sex to just snuggle with. D3 is pansexual so she loves hearts not parts and is currently dating the sweets trans boy I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.

I know @Lee82 , and I am glad it's gone most of the time. Exh2 knows only too well what could happen especially if Bear gets drunk. That is always kinda dicey, I am surprised that someone hasn't killed us when she has been on an unsupervised bender, she likes a bad boy 😞

Oh wow that is the sweetest thing I have ever heard. Sounds like you have beautiful children. You are a very lucky women.
It is so empowering that your children are comfortable with who they are. That would make me so proud. I haven't heard of pansexual before I must look that up.
well my mum is now in a gay relationship. Her partner is only 10 years older than me and they have a daughter together (which I'm sure I have mentioned before) my mums partner use to be my boss.

Yea I can see how that would be very dangerous. Any 14 year old having the privileges an adult has is not a good mix at all. I know at 14 I would have taken the advantage if I could. No boundaries no thoughts of consicences no life experiences.
