She is almost 27, unfortunately she suffers will a few mental illness and she busted her knee dancing and can't work, therefore can't leave home. (I am not complaining) it is helping to pass the time.

As we start this long weekend, I have had to remind myself that I am not completely alone, I have you guys and we have each other. How was your night @Former-Member ?

@Lee82 , it was a rough one. But did manage a few hours of sleep. Feeling my anxiety grow right now and none of my tools are working. I keep "switching" out, I am scared cause one of my "alters" likes to be punished and I am scared, because I know where to find someone who would be too happy to oblige. Going to give my car keys to my neighbour and that's all I can do to be safe I guess.

Another cuppa and just breathe. 💖
