I haven't been 'here' basically all day. its almost like being in a third person state all day. @Snowie
im aware of what im doing but I don't feel 'here' I remember the convos ive had today and some of the kids I spoke with etc but while I was walking around it was also like watching a movie or walking on not solid ground even though I know it was solid.

yeah @Appleblossom I don't or struggle to speak to professionals about my caring roles. its basically in one ear and out the other when it comes to that stuff. or I get the usual responses of 'why doesn't someone else do it, its not your responsibility' I know its not suppose to be but it is so im trying my best to deal with it. im going to send an email to myaged care on Monday and check in to see where they are at with the paperwork. we are still waiting on assessments and what the next step is after filling in all the papers atm. I cant tell pop because he gets angry or upset over it so I haven't to keep it hidden so makes it difficult to speak on the phone etc esp since hes such a snoop and thinks everything is about him 😣

I was watching diary of a whimpy kid on the tv and now watching little miss sunshine but I think ill head to bed soon. I done some crocheting too to try and restock some of my items. have head and neck pain starting up though so a shower and movie in bed with some pain relief is starting to look good.

Bed sounds good @outlander Hopefully pain meds help your head and neck.
I have been washing, lots to wash after our holiday.
I think I will be in bed soon too. Haven't been sleeping well so am tired tonight.

pain meds don't usually help to much. its part of the newly found condition I have. apparently heat packs help so I might give those ago while its not to hot here. I haven't tried it cause its been in the high 30s and 40s here lately even nights have been high 20s.
ah yes gotta love the washing etc hey. im sure there is heaps to do, you were gone for a few weeks and kids seem to go through them like theres no tomorrow.
hopefully now that your home you can start to catch up on some sleep again too
